4. BOOKING PROCESS

Please arrive on time. If you are late, the session may be shortened.
7. IN-HOME PHYSICAL THERAPY SERVICE
Home delivery is available in certain areas of the province of Castellón, including:

● Benicàssim
● Oropesa
● Bellver Tower
● Montornés
Prices may vary depending on location.
The patient must ensure that there is sufficient space to perform the treatment.
8. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with current regulations, the User has 14 calendar days to cancel the contract.
However, this right shall not apply when:
● The service has been fully completed
● The service has begun with the User's consent
● Services with a specific date (scheduled appointments)
In the case of vouchers or session packages, the right of withdrawal may be limited if the service has already begun.
9. LIABILITY
The services offered are health-related and personalized.

10. VOUCHERS OR SESSION PACKAGES

purchased jointly.
Terms of Use
● Vouchers are personal and non-transferable
● Sessions must be used within the time frame specified at the time of purchase
● Sessions not used within the specified time frame may expire
Cancellations
Sessions booked as part of a package are subject to the same general cancellation policy.
In the event of a no-show or late cancellation, the session may be considered used.
Refunds
Once the voucher has been purchased, no full or partial refunds will be accepted, unless required by law.
