Physical Therapy for TMJ, Bruxism, and Migraines in Castellón
Relieve tension in your jaw and neck. Specialized manual therapy (intraoral and cervical).

When tension tightens your jaw and neck
Do you wake up with a headache, clicking sounds, or a stiff jaw? Bruxism isn't just a dental issue—it's a muscular problem. A nightguard protects your enamel, but it doesn't relieve tension.
My manual therapy targets the root cause: releasing muscle tension from within (intraoral) to break the cycle of pain and protect your neck.
Why isn't a splint enough?
TMJ Physical Therapy
Intraoral treatment: I work on the muscles from inside the mouth to release deep tension.
Cervical approach: I treat the neck and the base of the skull, which are the source of many tension headaches.
Rehabilitation: I'll teach you exercises to relax your jaw throughout the day.
Splint only
It protects the enamel, but it doesn't relieve muscle spasms.
If your muscles remain tense, you'll keep clenching at night.
It does not treat neck pain or associated migraines.
What my patients say
